Also, I made the ‘stay’ for Santorini from the 20th since you land there at 4am and who the hell wants to be roaming around an island with luggage until 3pm for check in?

Also, you could potentially make this a six country trip, not just five. You have a seven hour layover in Iceland and that gives you plenty time to go to the Blue Lagoon or do shenanigans in Reykjavik.
