It has been about three years since I have been able to release this list. This is one of my favourite things about Toronto – FOOD FESTIVAL TIME!!!!
We love to eat. We love different cultures. We love eating different cultures food. Yes. It is time for my annual Food Festival rundown for all of you.

T.O. Food and Drink Fest
Date: April 22nd – April 24th, 2022

Notes: Looks like this is something new in Toronto and they have a variety of things happening like mixologists for the drinkers, a chef workshop and even live music and a DJ lounge.
SpringFest
Date: May 13th, 2022

Notes: This is presented by Eataly and it has 15+ tasting stations, that come with unlimited food and unlimited drinks. 5 open bars. UNLIMITED CANNOLI. Do I need to explain any more?
Yonge and Dundas Square Rib Fest

Notes: I realize there’s a bunch of these all over the GTA – at the bottom of the main landing page there is a ‘More Ribfest Locations’ in bright red so if downtown is too far from you, I’m sure there is one coming closer to you.
Spring into Spice Food & Wine Festival

Notes: Looks like a very nice blend of cuisines from different countries, as well as nice wine pairings to go with them.
Do We Fest

Taco Fest (Scarborough)

Notes: Kinda nice we get two taco fests, in two different locations and two weeks apart.
Foodalicious
Date: June 10th – June 12th, 2022

Notes: Looks like a pretty big event since there’s rides for kids, lots of food vendors and live music.
Toronto Taste 2022
Date: June 12th, 2022
Location: Evergreen Brick Works, Toronto

Notes: The proceeds from this event go to Second Harvest. The cost gets you entry into the event, along with UNLIMITED access to delicious food from many different restaurants along with wine, spirits and craft beers.

Taste of Lawrence

Notes: The variety of food offered at this event is pretty amazing, and since Scarborough has some of the best food in all of GTA – good idea to check this out.

Notes: Apparently this is Canada’s largest Brazilian Cultural Event and all I want to know is like, will they have caipirinha’s or nah?
Toronto Festival of Beer
Date: July 22nd – July 24th, 2022

Notes: I have seen Ja Rule, Ludacris, Ashanti and Method Man at this event. I love attending. I’ve had my 2020 tickets on hold and I am so excited to be able to again this year. They have different performers every night, so choose which works for you.

The Rosé Picnic

Panamerican Food Festival

Notes: Apparently this is Canada’s only annual festival that celebrates the Western Hemisphere’s diversity of cuisine, music and art – if you’re near downtown, you should check it out.
