You thought that was Christmas? NOPE.

I love living in Toronto when it gets warm and it gets busy. The Toronto Food Festival seasons (aka: spring & summer) are always bountiful and keep us all well fed. Get your calendars ready and enjoy.

Grown-Ass Pizza Party 2025

Restaurants Canada Show 2025

Notes: This event is only for those of you in the food service and hospitality industry. You do have to be 19+ to attend, I am assuming there is liquor. This is like a mixture of education, networking and there are industry competitions. Looks like a good time!

Notes: Looks like Stackt Market is throwing themselves a birthday party. I love that. There will be exclusive food and beverage offers, DJ’s and lots of other fun.

Notes: So apparently for $65, you have ‘all you can taste‘ wine for four hours. Yes, they will also have food to purchase there. Suppose that is necessary when having an unlimited amount of wine. And going forward, this will ALSO be held again in November! Nice.

Notes: There’s a marketplace set up, free Tim Horton’s beverages and a newcomer food fair. With Toronto being so diverse, this seems like a pretty cool day to welcome new Canadians with our awesome food options.

World of Travel: Trade and Taste Expo 2025

Notes: This looks really interesting. An expo for professionals from the travel and tourism sectors together in one place. Along with lots of things to learn it says that you can indulge with a wide variety of gastronomy tastings from all over the world. Hmmm…..

Lakeshore Village Grilled Cheese Challenge Festival 2025

Notes: Looks like you can attend and try a bunch of different grilled cheese and vote for: best tasting, most unique and best gourmet. Feel like this could end up with lots of interesting things to try. Says there will be live music, a beer garden and again, LOTS OF GRILLED CHEESE.

Notes: Apparently 150,000 people showed up to this last year? That’s amazing. But I think it was more days, not just the 11am to 11pm like this time. But still, South Asian music and food sounds like a damn good time to be had.

Notes: Describes itself as a festival with music, food and fun. Looks like it is a big ‘block party’ type vibe with DJ’s and whatnot. Could be really good, judging by the 2023 video on the website.

Festival of India 2025

Location: TBA, but last year it was at Toronto Centre-Island

Notes: They have traditional face-painting, a bazaar, an outdoor yoga festival and traditional face painting. I don’t know about you all, but doing yoga makes me very hungry so this goes well together.

Panamerican Food Festival 2025

Notes: Apparently this is Canada’s only annual festival that celebrates the Western Hemisphere’s diversity of cuisine, music and art – if you’re near downtown, you should check it out.

Big on Bloor Festival 2025

Location: Bloor St from Dufferin to Landsdowne

Notes: This is a festival that has musicians, artisans and of course, food. The restaurants on Bloor extend their patios and there are lots of sidewalk sales. Feel like this is a good day to throw some sneakers on and go for a walk along Bloor and take it all in.
